3RD GENERATION AT DEDEMAN GROUP IS IN CHARGE

DUE TO THE SUDDEN DEATH OF MURAT DEDEMAN, THE MAIN PILLAR OF THE GROUP IN JULY, RIFAT DEDEMAN WAS APPOINTED AS THE CHAIRMAN OF DEDEMAN HOLDING AND DEDEMAN MINING WHILST BANU DEDEMAN WAS ASSIGNED AS THE CHAIRWOMAN OF THE DEDEMAN TOURISM MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE BOARD.

Established in 1918 by the founding leader of the family Mehmet Kemal Dedeman in Kayseri Grand Bazaar, the Dedeman Group had grown with the leadership of Mr. Mehmet Kemal and later with his successor Murat Dedeman. The group is now continuing its successful rise under the direction of the third generation Dedeman brothers.

Rýfat Dedeman has been appointed as the Chairman of Dedeman Holding and will also be the Chairman of Dedeman Mining. Rýfat Dedeman said, "We will continue to carry the Dedeman Group culture and values that we have brought from past to present, to the future with the same commitment and consistency. With this understanding, we restructured our executive boards. Together with our nearly 2000 employees and stakeholders, we will continue our activities with the courage, determination and effort to realize our dreams as a strong big family."

Rýfat Dedeman continued his speech and further expressed: "As Dedeman Mining, we will continue to contribute to Turkish economy with our qualified workforce by preserving our environmentally respectful R&D and production philosophy in modern enterprises."

Banu Dedeman, the Chairwoman of Dedeman Tourism Management said: "The point where Dedeman Hotels is today is a source of pride both for us as a family and for the Turkish tourism sector. Our goal will now be to get developed in efficiency and expand our extensive service network."
